About Sneha

Sneha Pasupula is a recent graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill, where she earned a B.A. in Public Policy and Political Science. She is deeply interested in analyzing research to inform policy and stakeholder decisions. Through her education in North Carolina and South Korea, she grew passionate about infrastructure and social policy and their intersections with racial justice.

Sneha’s work experience as an undergrad included analyzing the environmental and historical impacts of affordable housing developments for the Town of Chapel Hill. In addition, she provided research, advocacy, and communications assistance for the Drug Policy Alliance, the North Carolina Democratic Party, and the ncIMPACT Initiative. On campus, Sneha was associated with Student Government, UNC Study Abroad, and the Kazi Dance Team. Throughout all her engagements, Sneha prioritized integrating racial, economic, and gender equity.

In 2024, Sneha started her full-time career in federal contracting, supporting program evaluation of government-funded SUD treatment programs. In 2025, she pivoted to market research, where she analyzes public perceptions around social media, technology, and social issues.
